Stellar Customer Service Department Expands

Garner, Iowa – Stellar Industries, Inc. is announcing new team members to the customer service department.  Melody Rogers has joined as a warranty and return goods coordinator.  Dillon Bauer and James Ellefson have joined as customer service representatives, and Will Hendrikson serves as a Parts Order Representative.  
     “Our customer base is growing due to our continued increase in sales and new accounts,” says Dave Schwichtenberg, the Stellar Industries Customer Service Manager.  He continues, “We felt it was necessary to add more personnel to our service department to keep up with the increase in sales so we can continue to offer the high quality of service that we have become known for.”
 
Melody Rogers
     Melody Rogers has joined the Stellar Customer Service department as a Warranty and Return Goods Coordinator. She will be responsible for processing warranty claims, tracking replacement parts and returned goods, and assisting with other parts orders within the customer service department.  Rogers comes to Stellar with over 19 years of administrative and accounts payable experience from RR Donnelley in Osage.  She recently relocated to Clear Lake and says, “I’m glad to have found an employee owned company that has a personal and family feel to it.”  
     Rogers is anxious to learn all the markets Stellar serves, its customers, and the products and parts that she is handling.  She is a NIACC graduate.  In her free time Melody enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, especially basketball, and exploring the Clear Lake area.

Dillon Bauer
     Dillon Bauer has moved into the customer service department as a Customer Service Representative from the mechanics crane assembly area of Stellar.  Bauer has been a Stellar employee for over 4 years and is anxious to apply his knowledge of assembling the products and apply it to the end user to help them troubleshoot and repair issues. Bauer also spent 3 years as a customer service specialist at AgVantage FS where he assisted customers with farm supplies they needed.  
     “I’m looking forward to establishing and nurturing relationships with our distribution and customers so I can better serve their needs,” Dillon states.  Bauer is a resident of Garner and a NIACC graduate.  He and his fiancé are currently planning a wedding in the fall of 2017.  He enjoys hunting, fishing, the Iowa State Cyclones and caring for his pets Binx (cat) and Bindi (dog).

Will Hendrikson
     Will Hendrikson has joined the Stellar Customer Service department as a Parts Order Representative.  He will be responsible for fielding customer phone calls, faxes and emails, processing parts and service kit orders based on those communications, and communicating effectively between customers, technicians and the parts department in order to solve any issues.  Will has previous customer service experience from his time as a service advisor at Mason City Buick GMC Cadillac.  
     Hendrikson says, “I am looking forward to developing new skills, learning about the industry and mostly being a part of a successful and growing company.”  He lives in Ventura with his wife and two sons.  Hendrikson attended NIACC.   He enjoys being outdoors with his family fishing, camping, boating and golfing and is an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan.

James Ellefson                                                               
     James Ellefson has returned to the Stellar Customer Service department after spending over 10 years at Hawkeye Truck Equipment in Des Moines.  While there he served in several positions including assistant service manager and customer service technician.  His family is planning to move back to the area and has given Ellefson the opportunity to return to Stellar as well.  Ellefson will serve as a Customer Service Representative and will work with customers and distributors to process their parts and warranty needs, troubleshoot issues and help with customer maintenance parts and supplies.  
     James says, “Meeting the customer’s expectations day in and day out is what will be the most challenging for me.  I look forward to those challenges and the rewards they will bring.”  He adds he also looks forward to learning all the information available to him to assist in the repair and troubleshooting process of customer’s products.  Ellefson and his family currently reside in Elkhart and are working on relocating.  In his free time he enjoys attending car shows, spending time with family and vacationing in Florida.
